We sell drink mix products in stick-pack format. All product descriptions, ingredient lists, and nutrition information are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide (name, shipping address, payment details) is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via all major credit cards and any accelerated checkout methods available through our Shopify storefront. Payment is collected at the time of order.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on your shipping address.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Because Torrent products are consumables, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on undamaged orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drinktorrent.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate each situation and make it right.
